GET INVOLVED IN SUSSEX COUNTY GOLF

Golf as a sport has volunteers right at its heart. At Sussex County Golf we are always looking for volunteers for a variety of roles.

Sussex County Golf carries out a range of golfing events and other activities throughout the year. It is a limited company with a Board of Directors and is required to carry out all of the normal business functions any company undertakes.

We have three full time employees, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and a Junior Development Officer. They provide the day-to-day management of our business and activities. However, to make the County and its events successful, we rely heavily on our volunteers.

Sussex County Golf needs your support in whatever capacity you wish and whatever skills you can bring.

If your interest is in golf, event volunteers can assist with roles such as starting, player registration, scoring and general admin assistance. Course Rating volunteers assist with our recurrent and new course ratings. We want to develop a larger team of qualified referees.

If your expertise and experience is in business or finance we rely on volunteers to become Directors to help run the company.

Get involved with your County and its golf. You aren't expected to be able to commit to a great list of dates. We are looking for passionate and reliable people, who love the game of golf in all its various aspects.
