COUNTY CARD ISSUE 2025
Dear Members,
We have received some feedback regarding expiry notifications appearing on the IG County Card app. While the card was originally set to expire at the end of December 2024, we had updated the settings to extend the validity past this point. We had been assured by Intelligent Golf that there would be no issues. However, some users may still see a warning message stating that their card has expired.
If you experience this issue, please follow these simple steps:
Close the County Card app completely.
Restart your phone or device.
Reopen the app — the expiry warning should no longer appear.
